'Hangover', a product from Warner Bros, has created a stir of sorts all over the world and India is not lagging behind in experiencing the 'Hangover' effect. The English movie is about a bachelor's party in Las Vegas, where the groomsmen lose the groom. Seeing the popularity of the film, our Indian producers and directors are already contemplating a remake in Hindi. It seems that producer Firoz Nadiadwala has managed to get in first and announced his decision to make it in Hindi.
According to sources, the producer is believed to have already acquired the rights to remake the movie from Warner Bros. And because it is comedy, writer director Anees Bazmee cannot be left far behind. Nadiadwala has announced that Bazmee will be in charge of the script and will also direct the remake. The duo collaborated very successfully with the hit 'Welcome' starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif among others, in 2007. Well this time round, they have decided to rope in Sanjay Dutt for the movie. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. It seems that Bazmee, who is presently shooting in South Africa for Anil Kapoor Productions along with Sanju, has confirmed the actor's presence. The remake too will be shot in Los Angeles and is expected to go on the floors next year.
