Another film star son enters films. He is Vasan Karthik, the son of comedian Singamuthu, who made his film debut with 'Mamadurai.' It got him a good name.
Vasan is now to act in a film with a vague title like 'Aara.' S Parthiban, the director of the film says it is short for Aaravaamudhan!
Those who saw 'Mamadurai' commented that he was imitating Vijay. Vasan admits to it. "From a young age, I have been a fan of Vijay sir. So my acting could resemble his sometimes."
But he is fully aware that mere imitation will get him nowhere. "I want to evolve my own style and create a stir in the action genre," says Vasan. He does have what it takes to fulfill his wishes. He has a black belt in karate!
Well…go ahead and let rip in action films!
