The latest buzz doing the rounds of Bollywood is that Karishma Kapoor is set to make a comeback opposite Govinda in a Rumi Jafferey film. The earlier report was that the duo would make a comeback with David Dhawan. But the director is believed to be a very busy man these days, fulfilling all his other commitments.
If all goes well, then Rumi Jafferey will direct Govinda and Karishma in an Ashtavinayak Film. The production house is believed to have spoken to Karishma and she is believed to have loved the script. Govinda has already given his nod to the project. It's just a matter of time before the formal announcement is made. If the film gets going, then this will Govinda and Karishma's 11th film together. Their first film was AV Subba Rao's Muqaabla in 1992. The last time the duo was seen together was in N Chandra's Shikari (1999). Currently Jafferey is giving finishing touches to his directorial debut, God Tussi Great Ho.
