London, Aug 23 (ANI): Singer Mariah Carey has gone clothes-free in a photo shoot for an interview with American Magazine.
The Grammy winner will be seen only in a tiny shawl in the Bruce Weber's shoot for the publication.
In the interview, the 37-year-old has also opened up about her 2001 nervous breakdown.
Calling the breakdown a 'breakthrough', the singer said that she needed to hit rock bottom to realise that she 'cannot beat the system'.
"I consider the breakdown a breakthrough - I needed to hit rock bottom, however it happened. I needed to understand the cost of pushing so hard, fighting so hard against the system," the Sun quoted her, as telling the magazine.
"You just can't beat the system when they're against you and are that strong.... But was I out of control at that moment? Yes. I believe that it happened for a reason,' she added. (ANI)
