London, Aug 24 (ANI): Naomi Campbell's legal woes just won't go away for her former maid has won the right to sue the supermodel for physical assault
Gaby Gibson has alleged that Campbell called her a dumb Romanian and hurled a mobile phone at her.
The 42-year-old also claimed that when she couldn't find the lofty catwalker's Stella McCartney jeans, Campbell beat her up and said 'I've had it with you, f*****g bitch', reports the Mirror.
On August 23, New York judge Michael Stallman ruled that Gibson can claim damages from her former employer.
However, the 37-year-old, who was found guilty of throwing a phone at another maid, has denied the charges. (ANI)
