London, August 28 (ANI): It seems that Madonna couldn't manage to get hold of a female nanny for her adopted baby.

That's the reason why the pop diva has hired a bloke to look after her one-year-old David Banda.

The male nanny will live in Madonna's swanky pad in London's Marylebone with Madge, hubby Guy Ritchie and kiddiewinks Lourdes 10, and Rocco, six.

He has been hired round the clock and is being paid a generous 1,600-2,000 pounds a month for the job.

However, the singer has laid down some rules to ensure that her little tot is properly taken care of.

According to reports, Madge has banned the bloke's partner from visiting him.

She has also banned the manny from watching TV and reading newspapers and magazines in the house to try and cart off the glare of celebrity from their everyday lives.

"The manny has been told he will only look after David, not the other children. Madonna is very strict with her rules for whoever looks after her children as she wants the best standards for them," the Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

"He will be a live-in nanny and need to be available 24/7. The manny has been given specific instructions never to bring a girlfriend back to the house and not to bring home any women younger than 30," the source added.

Madonna's rep, however, has not commented on the matter.
