PVR Cinemas recently hosted a press meet for the upcoming release WAKE UP SID in Gurgaon. Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma along with the debutant director Ayan Mukherji, addressed the entire media present. The trios were seen taking the pleasure of bowling and the ambience was lit by their presence, they also added more fun to the air when they visited PVR Blu 0. WAKE UP SID is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions starring Ranbir Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma, Anupam Kher, Supriya Pathak and Rahul Khanna. The movie is releasing on 2nd October 2009 all over.

The youth icon, Ranbir Kapoor said on this occasion, ''Our film is based on today's youth and depicts their life with full of fun and frolic. It portrays the young as they are always ready to face the most difficult situations too. A lot of hard work has been put in by the entire unit and we hope you all will surely appreciate the film and our efforts. I am glad to be here to promote our film and talk to the media fraternity.
