London, August 29 (ANI): Kevin Bacon is annoyed with the expectations of his fans of reviving scenes from his 1984 flick Footloose.
Though the actor admits that the film was a milestone in his career but 23 years down, he is tired of the public pestering him to relive his on-screen character of Ren MCCormack.
Bacon is preparing himself for more reminders, as High School Musical hunk Zac Efron is geared-up to revive his character in the remake of the film.
"Footloose is the bane of... actually it's not the bane of my existence. It was a fun movie and a big help for me," Contactmusic quoted Backon, as saying.
"But if I go to a party or a bar, inevitably they put on the Footloose theme.
"And if, I ever happen to be dancing with my wife Kyra, people will form a circle around me and start clapping. That's a little irritating," he added. (ANI)
