Heyy Babyy is the latest blockbuster churned out from Bollywood. The movie is garnering impressive numbers from across the world and Chennai is no exception to it.

This Akshay Kumar-starrer is getting accolades for its striking comedy and also for the impressive songs. Extra glitter is added to the movie with a cameo by the King Khan Shahrukh Khan.

In the US the movie is in the 24th position with a weekend collection of $612,486 [approx. Rs. 2.52 crores] and in the UK it is in the tenth position with a very impressive collection. According to the numbers, the movie is just behind “Salaam-e-Ishq” this year.

If we collect the per screen average, the movie is just behind Superstar’s Sivaji. Heyy Baby, in its opening weekend, has collected approx. Rs. 2.38 crores, with the per screen average working out to £6,039. Sivaji got a thunderous start all over the world, and till now the movie has collected more than Rs. 3.26 crores in UK alone. If the per screen average is counted, Sivaji even in its eleventh week is in the third position among the Indian releases.
