London, Sept 4 (ANI): Actor Russell Crowe features in a good parenting DVD made by the Australian Government to educate parents on raising their children.
The actor revealed that the DVD was a guide for new parents, and aimed at breaking mythologies surrounding babies.
"It's about informing new parents, taking away fears, breaking through mythologies. It follows the way the baby grows and all that sort of stuff and what you can expect at certain times. It's a great resource for parents," Bang! Showbiz quoted Crowe, as saying.
The five-hour interactive DVD also stars Australian Rugby players and TV personalities, guiding parents about the proper conditioning of children up to first five years of their lives
The Cinderella Man star often talks about his love for his family including wife Danielle Spencer and their sons Charlie, three, and Tennyson, one.
"Having kids is the overall motivation of every day of our lives and that's just the way it is. To me, the whole thing is just magnificent. I've been in awe of the amazing process of being a parent since we started," Australian actor said.
Crowe, 43, even takes his children on the sets of his films, as he is reluctant to stay away from them.
"Charlie is great when we're filming. He knows when to be quiet and he likes watching the TV screen. He knows to be quiet after 'Action," he added. (ANI)
