London, Sept 6 (ANI): Television presenter Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has gifted a copy of her tome 'A Naughty Girl's Guide To Life' to her godfather Prince Charles.

Palmer-Tomkinson is sure that the Brit royal will love it since he likes 'naughty girls'.

"He loves naughty girls anyway. Camilla's a naughty girl. They can read it together," the Daily Express quoted her, as telling at the TV Quick awards

As regarding to what made her pen the self-help manual, Palmer-Tomkinson revealed that it was her split from Jamie Hargreaves two years ago that inspired the book

"I was crushed, heartbroken, There is nothing to describe the misery after being dumped by the man you think you are going to marry because he an't handle the press attention," she said.

"I slobbed about the house for months, grew body hair, drank vodka for breakfast... wallowed in self-pity basically. But I needed to do it - I didn't ant to go on holiday like everyone kept telling me to and see other couples having a great time. I was going to write a book about being depressed but my agent said: 'Tara, this isn't you, you're not a victim,'" she said. (ANI)
