London, Sept 6 (ANI): Brit pop star Lily Allen has reached out to troubled singer Amy Winehouse.
The 'Smile' star has sent Winehouse a card and flowers to show that she is there for her.
Making an appearance at the 'GQ Men of the Year Awards', the 21-year-old said that her heart goes out to her.
"My heart goes out to her. I feel for her so much with everything that's happened and I really hope she's OK," the Mirror quoted her, as saying.
"You don't need drugs to be creative. No one needs them," she said.
Talking about her troubles, Allen said that her problems are nothing compared to the Brit soul star's woes.
"I have my problems but they are nothing compared to Amy's. It can't be very easy for her to deal with her demons in the spotlight. I can't imagine how hard it is for her."
The 21-year-old who, once said that she was 'fat, ugly, and shittier than Amy Winehouse', revealed that she that she'd love to do a duet with her.
"I'd love to do a duet with Amy, but I'm signed to EMI and Amy's on Universal," she said. (ANI)
