While highlights of second fortnight of September are obviously the soundtracks of OM SHANTI OM (Vishal-Shekhar) and SAAWARIYA (Monty), the music of JAB WE MET too would be quietly making an appearance on the stands during the same timeframe.Releasing all over on 18th September, music by Pritam is expected to be a peppy outing considering it has been created for a Shahid-Kareena film. Also notable is the fact that the director at the helm is Imtiaz Ali who was the man behind SOCHA NA THA which again boasted of a quality score with its base rooted in melody.
Pritam does agree that he is quite confident about the film's soundtrack. He says, "JAB WE MET has a kind of music which has all the commercial ingredients which are required for popular music. The music is a merge of classy and massy taste."
