Washington, Sept 12 (ANI): Actress Eva Longoria has decided to put motherhood on hold for her career.

Longoria, who wed French basketball ace Tony Parker in July this year, said that she is quite keen on starting a family.

However, she first wants to concentrate on her TV series 'Desperate Housewives' that has given her the 'biggest career break'.

"Tony wants children and so do I, but I'm also involved in a very successful series, which has been the greatest break in my career and I have to be respectful of that," Contactmusic quoted Longoria, as saying.

The 32-year-old also said that at the moment, having a baby is a huge decision, so they are going to 'wait and think' before going for it.

"This is our fourth series now, and we're looking at several more years hopefully, so having a baby is a huge decision. We're going to wait and think a while before we make that step," she said. (ANI)
