If sources are to be believed, Anil Kapoor is playing an autorickshaw driver in his forthcoming film Tashan, a product of Yash Raj Films. Although there is not much known about the film's story, what is known is the fact that it is a road movie with Anil zooming around in an autorickshaw.

To prepare for his role, the actor had to take driving lessons in autorickshaw driving before he commenced shooting. He supposedly plays a suave driver who sports a tatoo and goes around with a shaven chest. It took Anil some time to get used to driving a three-wheeler so he took some quick lessons. Incidentally, Anil is keeping quite about his role in Tashan as he is working with Yash Raj Films after a period of 16 years. Way back in 1992, Anil reportedly had an ugly tiff with Yash Chopra. After agreeing to work in Parampara, Anil had opted out of the movie at the eleventh hour fearing that his role of an elderly gentleman would affect his image. Chopra had sworn never to work with him ever again. So Anil is being extremely careful this time. He has repented long enough for offending Yash Chopra and is now abiding by their instructions and not talking about the film till the producers ask him to do so.
