Aamir Khan's father, the veteran film producer Tahir Hussain, is all set to produce films after more than a decade. Not only that, the veteran also wants to write and direct it.
Tahir is working on his directorial venture called Do Lamhe Zindagi Ke for which he wants to cast Sanjay Dutt in the lead and Hyder Ali in another role. He also wants to cast heroines Ayesha Takia or Kangana Raut opposite Sanjay and Afreen Khan opposite Hyder. Tahir is hoping that Sanjay sill give him 35 days beginning October. Also on his agenda is producing a film starring Salman Khan and Akshay Khanna. He was Preity Zinta opposite Salman and Priyanka opposite Akshay. Sohail Khan is expected to direct it and Tahir is ready to hand over Rs 1 crore signing amount to him very soon. But surprisingly son Aamir does not feature in any one of these plans. According to Tahir, the reason being that Aamir is too finicky. Aamir is very demanding and likes scripts which are different. But the father will complete these projects and then write a script for Aamir, one that he will like, he promises. Tahir Hussain's last production Madhosh (1994), while his last directorial venture was Tum Mere Ho (1990). It is after years that he has decided to reinvent himself.
