It is that part of the year when the Telugu media starts to speculate about Chiranjeevi's political ambitions.
A few months ago, everybody was wondering if he'd make his entry into politics. Lots of politicians were seen meeting him. But nothing happened at all. Now that Gandhi Jayanthi day is near, speculations are on again. This time around, with Chiru's son making his debut in films, everybody is more certain than ever that he just might take the plunge.
Meanwhile, political leaders have started to already paint a very optimistic picture about how good the things are going to be when he gets into films.
