Washington, Sep 20 (ANI): Britney Spears went partying just hours after a judge ordered her to submit to random drug tests and abstain from alcohol.

The singer reportedly went clubbing into the wee hours Sep 18 in West Hollywood, California, hitting both Winston's Bar and Grill and the Hyde Lounge.

The club-hop came just hours after a judge warned the 'Toxic' singer about her drug and alcohol abuse.

"They kept bringing (Spears) shots and so they were drinking. She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone," People quoted an observer at Hyde, as saying.

With a flood of paparazzi trailing her, the singer refused to comment on the on-going child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

"I'm surprised Britney was out clubbing," an onlooker said.

Meanwhile, Spears has changed her legal counsel again, after her divorce attorney Laura Wasser stepped down on Sep 17, on the grounds that the singer was a 'problem client'.

On Sep 19, Britney hired Marci Levine, who is also set to be replaced by high-profile lawyer Sorrell Trope.

Trope's office revealed that the firm was in the process of being retained by Spears.

"Yes, it's true Ms. Spears quit Melvin Goldsman's firm, but we haven't been officially retained yet. The paperwork has not been signed, and it has to have our firm's, Goldsman's, and Ms. Spears's signatures. I anticipate it will be signed on (Wednesday)," Sorrell said. (ANI)
