London, September 22 (ANI): Scottish actor James McAvoy recently told a saucy story on Michael Parkinson's eponymous interview programme, shocking the host as well as his own granny. He revealed a funny moment behind a love scene with actress Keira Knightley in the film 'Atonement'.
"What was great about Atonement was that the director Joe (Wright) was very much on the ball with what he wanted, so when you were doing something it was at his behest," the Sun quoted him as saying on Parkinson, to be screened this evening on ITV1.
"So much so that at one point he was getting so into it and telling us what to do, as he was off camera he went 'Alright Keira, w*** him off!' Here we are, I am on Parky and my granny has been waiting for this for years and I say that!" he added.
James also revealed how other actors starring in the movie reacted to the moment.
"Anyway, everything went quiet and the crew didn't know what to do so me and Keira just looked at each other, because we were still kissing and we sort of went 'just carry on'," he told Michael Parkinson.
"About ten seconds later we just heard, very sheepishly 'sorry about that!" he added. (ANI)
