Akshay Kumar is a very happy man these days. The actor is running high on the success of his recent Heyy Baby. And now he has gone ahead and added another feather to his cap.

The actor, who plays a Sardar, although a clean-shaven one in Vipul Shah's forthcoming Singh is King, will be seen sporting an Rs 65 lakh turban on his head. The films stars Katrina Kaif opposite him and is being directed by Anees Bazmi and will see Akshay in a never-seen-before avatar. The actor has been given a very special look in the film. And his pagdi or turban is going to be the highlight of the proceedings. It will have a real diamond studded on it as well. The idea is to make Akshay the coolest Sardar around. The turban is thus very important and is a designer one. But the real cost is that of the diamond on the turban. The brief to designer Shabina Khan was that the turban was to look like a crown. Well, after all the money being spent on the turban, it does deserve to adorn the head of a king.
