A rather unhappy Prasanna made a comlaint against the producers of his recent film at the Film Actors’ Association and Producers' Association. The actor claims that Mid Valley Entertainment, which produced his most recent venture, Seena Thana 001, have completely ignored him in the movie’s promotion activities.
Apparently, the producers had said that they would not pay him until the movie had released. However, Prasanna says, the usual practice is to receive the payment soon after the dubbing is done. And when he insisted for payment from the producers, they consented and paid him. According to Prasanna, Mid Valley Entertainment has not used his stills in any of the movies posters and he attributes this to the payment issue. Now that he has made the complaint, what stance will Mid Valley Entertainment take? More important, what difference will it really make?
