After 'Namnaadu,' Sarath Kumar's next film is '1977' where he is paired with Namitha.

At the launch of 'Thalaimagan,' Sarath Kumar has listed 8 films and they are all to be released one at a time.

'1977' is supposed to be a detective story. Sarath has an important get-up in this action thriller and he is paying special attention to this role.

He is doing research on how a detective would look and doing his get-up accordingly. He is donning several versions and undergoing photo sessions to choose the most suitable get-up.

After acting with junior heroes like Vijay and Ajith, Namitha is back to acting with senior heroes. Her two conditions for taking up this role are, she will not do lip to lip kissing and will not wear a two piece swimsuit. That means, a single piece is ok.

Whatever Namitha wears, her fans would be happy to feast their eyes on her!
