One often hears of actors taking risks and performing their own stunts in action-packed films. But who would have thought that shooting a frothy, romantic number in a young college flick would give them some tense moments as well.

While shooting portions of a song at the Vasai Fort in Mumbai for Dil Dosti Etc, actor Shreyas Talpade and Nikita Anand went through some very tense moments. They had to get on a monument and balance themselves on an extremely narrow ledge, all the while playing a romantic young couple caught in the throes of love. To make matters more thrilling, there was no staircase and the only way to go up was by sitting on the crane. Shreyas was quite excited, says a unit member but Nikita was quite tense and worried. Even scarier than the crane, was the idea of being so precariously balanced on the ledge. It was rather frightening, admits a crew member. Apparently the unit was cheering the actors on, but it was quite clear that Nikita was pretty tense, though Shreyas was doing all he could to reassure her. Nikita, on her part, being the professional that she is, allowed the tension to show on her face only while the camera was off, the moment the camera got rolling, she'd look adoringly at her co-star and if she clung to him just a little harder, it only went on to up the romance quotient of the song.!
