The Tamil film Malaikottai is being dubbed into Telugu as Bhayya. The film is directed by G. Boopathy Pandian and produced by Vikram Krishna under the banner of JK Film Corporation with Vishal and Priyamani in the lead. Versatile director Puri Jagannath launched the audio in Hyderabad and handed over the first cassette to Vishal. Producer Vikram Krishna says, 'Already, the songs have become very popular in Tamil and are getting a positive response. We are sure that the Telugu audiences would also like these tunes. It is a never-before character for Vishal. Priyamani would appear in a glamorous role. We are planning to release the film very soon.' Manisharma scored music for the movie.
