It had been reported that Anil Kapoor's over-the-top demands led the organisers of a Bollywood event in Dubai to drop him from the guest list.
However, the organisers have clarified that as per industry norms, all stars who travel for events, either paid or unpaid, are extended certain courtesies, which inclue air tickets for the actor and his staff as well as ground transport and hotel stay.
They stated that Anil is one of the easiest and most professional stars to work with, as he doesn't have any unusual demands and travels with a very small entourage. They revealed that he did not attend the ceremony because of personal reasons as his mother was admitted to hospital.
