Actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapur had shared screen space in Rohan Sippy's latest laugh riot Nautanki Saala! and now, Kunaal, who is also a director, has expressed a desire to direct his co-star.
At the success party of the film, an elated Kunaal said that he is quite impressed with Ayushmann and his acting skills and that, one day, he would like to direct him in a film. Before entering films, Kunaal had dabbled in theatre and in 2006, he directed a play called The President Is Coming, which he later adapted into a movie and released it with the same title. Kunaal has made it clear time and again and direction is his first love.
The actor, who made his Bollywood acting debut with Delhi Belly, was seen playing the role of a suicidal man named Mandar Lele in Nautanki Saala!.
