London, Jan. 1 (ANI): Irish singer Sinead O'Connor is single again after she split with her boyfriend David on Christmas Eve.
The 46-year-old singer called it quits with the 40-year-old anthropologist, whom she was keen to keep out of the limelight, the Sun reported.
A source said that she broke with David on Christmas Eve after only a few months together.
She was later spotted on Grafton Street charity busking with a host of Irish stars including Bono, Glen Hansard, Lisa Hannigan, Declan O'Rourke and Liam O Maonla, the paper reported.
O'Connor first opened up to the Irish Sun about her new relationship last month.
And she admitted she was feeling happy and positive after a rocky 12 months that saw her attempt suicide.
The pair became friends after David contacted Sinead while working on a research paper earlier this year. (ANI)
