Pankaj Kapur left Anushka Sharma awestruck on the sets of the Vishal Bhardwaj film, Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola. After seeing Kapur's convincing performance as a wealthy drunkard in the film, Anushka couldn't believe that the senior actor is a teetotaler in real-life.
Kapur play Anushka's father in the film. His character is that of a rich, flamboyant man who loves wine and women. In several sequences, Kapur had to appear drunk and he gave a perfect take every single time. It was after half the film's shooting was done that Anushka realized that Kapur doesn't drink alcohol. Anushka's turned into a big fan of the senior actor now.
Also starring, Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola is set to release on January 11, 2013.
