Shyama's hand burns while worshipping Goddess Kali. Meanwhile, Ranajay survives the accident without a scratch. Ranajay and Raima's families become happy on learning that Ranajay proposed to Raima. The villagers of Kusumpur become unhappy with the new rules imposed by Rudrani in the temple. Ranajay refuses to eat meat on the occasion of Kali puja. Shyama becomes shocked on learning that her goat is being sacrificed on Rudrani's order.
