    The fourth edition of the Laadli National Media Awards for Gender Sensitivity, 2011-12 for honoring media and advertising professionals was organized by NGO, Population First. The event saw the presence of noted Bollywood movie directors such as Sudhir Mishra, R. Balki, Gauri Shinde and Ashutosh Gowariker. They all spoke about the awards.
