Ramesh files a robbery complaint against Prashant. The police interrogate Prashant's colleague Suresh and learn about the affair between Prashant and Ramesh's wife. Suresh informs the police about the three guys who threatened him to return when he was chasing Prashant. Later, the police interrogate Khirodia who purchased gold biscuits from those three guys. They suspect and arrest Prashant's friend Shailesh. Shailesh confesses that, with the help of his friends, he killed Prashant for money.
