The police investigate the murder of a car dealer, Sumit. They interrogate Shailesh, who had purchased a stolen car from Sumit. Inspector Yashodhan interrogates Sumit's wife and her lover Pranav, and learns that Pranav had paid Panchar to kill Sumit. The police trap Panchar and interrogate him. They suspect Shailesh and interrogate his daughter Gayatri. Shailesh confesses that he killed Sumit because he refused to return the money, when he cancelled the car deal.
