Sudarshan reveals his conspiracy against Laxmi to his friends. He pretends to be sad in front of Laxmi. Saraswati becomes furious at Sudarshan for lying to Laxmi. Later, Laxmi accepts Sudarshan as her son-in-law. She forgives Rani and Sudarshan. Sudarshan tells Abhiram that he wants to know about their business. Laxmi forces Abhiram to take Sudarshan along with him to understand their business. Rani asks Parvati not to interfere in Sudarshan's work.
