Bubli becomes upset as her plan gets foiled because of Jhilik. Phulki calls at the Mukherjee residence. She pretends to be Jhilik and demands Protima's ransom. Harishankar becomes dumbstruck believing that Jhilik has kidnapped Protima and is demanding a ransom. Monish informs inspector Arunangshu about the ransom. Misguided by Phulki and Arati, Monish complains to the police against Jhilik. Hira becomes shocked on learning that Jhilik is being accused of kidnapping Protima.
