Kalyani informs Dadasaheb and Devaki about Rajlaxmi's plan. Rani conspires against Dadasaheb and asks him to sign the property papers. Chintamani, Kanchanmala and Rupali become furious at Rani for transferring the Sirdeshmukh's property on her name. The police arrest Kanchanmala for conspiring against the Sirdeshmukh family. Rajlaxmi, Jaywant and Kalyani plan to trap Rani.
