Bishtu and Olokkhi become surprised on not finding anyone in their room, though they heard someone's voice. Bishtu believes that Makhan is trying to disturb them on their wedding night and questions him. He accuses Makhan of eavesdropping and argues with him. Olokkhi suspects a robbery in their house after overhearing Radha and Noni rehearsing their play. Mita becomes angry when Makhan blames her for Topai's indecency.
