Sharmila argues with Savitri and Janaki. However, she pretends to be good to Janaki in front of Vijay and tends to her. Vijay takes the baby's cradle to Sharmila's room. He argues with Savitri and tells her that he does not mind if the baby stays with Sharmila. Savitri becomes upset on having to stay away from the baby.
