Ratul's family and his neighbours prepare for the feast. Gayatri becomes surprised to learn that Tapur and Sandeep are going for their honeymoon. On learning the same, Gayatri does not allow Sandeep to leave for the honeymoon, but in vain. Before leaving, Tapur warns Gayatri not to harm her child. Suchitra and Tikli visit Gayatri mansion to take care of Tapur's child, in her absence. Shantona insults Tapur in front of her family.
