Arjun Ramphal in 'Ra One': Arjun Ramphal's workout was a relentless iron-pumping affair. Free-hand training and cardio coupled with altitude training enhanced his metabolism. The gruelling schedule was followed by 20 minutes of treadmill and 10 minutes of cooling down. Apart from that, Arjun took up Tabata, a very high intensity Japanese workout regimen.

Ash's trainer Deepika put her on a combination of dance routine and a daily session of yoga and meditation. The training worked and the star lost around 10 kgs. As for Bipasha, rumour has it that before shooting the bikini scene for the film, the actress worked out thrice a day and survived only on oranges. While this couldn't be confirmed, the actor definitely looked like milion bucks in the film.
