  • Sonakshi’s ‘bong babe’ look in ‘Lootera’

Is Sonakshi going the Vidya Balan way, donning a ‘bong babe’ look in ‘Lootera’? Find out

Sonakshi Sinha, who is presently in Kolkata to shoot for Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Lootera’ seems to be going the Vidya Balan way. This can be said going by her look in the movie, which is that of a desi Bengali babe. For Vidya, who tried this look early in her film career (in Parineeta), it worked like a charm as she was stormed with compliments.

Sonakshi is said to be in Kolkata to shoot a couple of song sequences for the movie. The director and producers of the movie felt that they needed to shoot in a location that was more authentic and did justice to the look and feel they wanted to achieve and hence decided to shoot in West Bengal.

After braving disastrous weather in Dharamsala, where she was to shooting her previous schedule, let’s hope this new location and Bong avatar end up being in Sonakshi’s favour.
