Yes. It happened. Tommy Lee Jones scowled. But were we surprised? No.

Rocking a black Burberry empire waist gown, ‘60s-inspired upswept hair and dramatic black lashes with severe cat’s-eye liner, Adele’s first public appearance since having a baby boy in October went off without a hitch at the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards show on Sunday. Nominated for Best Original Song in a Motion Picture for “Skyfall” (named after the blockbuster action film starring Daniel Craig), the multi-Grammy winner was spotted earlier in the week in Los Angeles shopping for clothes for her newborn.
Other new moms rocking the Golden Globes red carpet included Claire Danes, Megan Fox and Sienna Miller – all whose post-baby bods put pretty much all new moms to shame.
Danes dropped jaws in a plunging Versace gown on Sunday just one month after giving birth to her first child with husband Hugh Dancy. Fox wore strapless off white gown that left little to the imagination – in spite of the fact she gave birth just a few short months ago.Read More »from New moms kill it on the Golden Globes red carpet
Sarah Hyland arrives at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards (Photo: Alberto Rodriguez/Getty)
Mix 360-degree Golden Globes fashion cams -- and even a "mani-cam" this year -- with not-so-flattering high definition television screens, and it's enough to get any actress worked up.
Sarah Hyland came dangerously close to becoming the first fashion casualty of this year's Globe Awards -- before even arriving. She broke out in hives on awards day.Read More »from ‘Modern Family’ star suffers hives breakout just before the Globes
Amy Poehler, left, and Tina Fey get ready to host the Golden Globes (Photo: Gavin Bond/NBC)
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler can't give a straight answer about their upcoming Golden Globes hosting duties -- not to mention their own nominations. But we wouldn't want it any other way.
The two comedic powerhouses hopped on a conference call this week with Yahoo! Movies and other media outlets to "talk" about Sunday night's awards show. The thing is, nearly all inquiries were met with joke answers, largely focused on the fact that the Globes -- unlike the Oscars -- can quickly turn into a Hollywood drunk fest.
"We sort of feel like our job is to keep things moving and also to try to help get the movie stars more liquored up," Fey said about Sunday night's festivities, during which stars munch on food and sip on champagne. "Hopefully someone's boob will fall out of a dress. That is our main role," she said of she and Poehler's hosting strategy.
Fey and Poehler's friendship predates their groundbreaking "Saturday Night Live" days when they became the show's first all-female anchor team for Weekend Update. (And they're breaking that same ground at this year's Globes, becoming the telecast's first female duo to host.) The two initially became friends after meeting at an improv class in Chicago in 1993. Now, 20 years later, it's clear their BFF status has worked in their favor.
In the midst of a barrage of wise cracks, claims of not being at all prepared for Sunday's show and logically impossible statements such as "We have a lot of spontaneous things planned," Fey and Poehler managed to get a little serious during the call.
