    The actor is all set to bring back the hit song from the Jeetendra-Sridevi starrer

    Ajay Devgn is all geared up for his next release ‘Himmatwala’ and has put on his dancing shoes for the popular track ‘Tathaiya Tathaiya’.

    Directed by Sajid Khan, the duo has left no stone unturned to recreate the aura of the original song and give their audiences a chance to relive the magic which was created by Superstar Jeetendra and Sridevi back in the 80’s.

    Devgn who is now quite comfortable with dancing was seen enjoying the shooting and said ‘It is one of the most popular numbers from the 80’s. Right from the sets to the costumes and the choreography, everything has been perfectly recreated.”

    When quizzed Sajid Khan about the comparison which people would make between the original  and his version he said  “I want people to make comparisons because I have done justice to the original. Of course, it will be unfair to compare Ajay to Jeetendra especially since Jeetendra’s image as a dancer was strong

  • What is 'Special Chabbis' about?

    The entire team of the film is taking a lot of effort in keeping the film under wraps

    Akshay Kumar’s 'Special Chabbis' has been kept completely under wraps. Entire team has taken a lot of effort in keeping the news underground on what the film is about.

    Officially, 'Special Chabbis' is an edgy gritty heist drama and the makers and is said to be based on the real-life daring heist dated 19-Mar-1987 where an unknown man posing as CBI officer Mon Singh recruited 26 men and executed a daylight raid on the Opera House branch of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri in Mumbai and disappeared with jewellery worth lakhs.

    However sources close to the unit reveal that everyone is trying to underplay the role of Akshay Kumar role, based on Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava, better known as Natwarlal. Natwarlal was the inspiration behind Amitabh Bachchan’s 1979 film 'Mr Natwarlal'.

    Autorickshaw driver Ram Lal has driven his auto in one of the scenes in both Dabangg and Dabangg 2

    Not every fan of Salman Khan is this lucky. Autorickshaw driver Ram Lal, who generally works around Bandra, is a diehard Salman Khan fan and can boast of his proximity to the star. Every time his favourite star’s film releases, he decks up his auto with the film’s name. He has also driven his auto in one of the scenes in both Dabangg as well as Dabangg 2. His biggest moment was when he  met the megastar on the sets during the shoot.

    For Dabangg 2, he was given the responsibility of delivering invites of the film’s screening to the celebrities. When asked about this unique opportunity, he exclaims, “It was the production unit’s idea as my auto is now a Dabangg auto.”
