    From the outside, Liberty Cinema looks like any ordinary single-screen theatre going about its daily business, fighting for survival. But nothing prepares you for the grandeur that awaits you inside. The first thing that strikes you is the red interiors complete with intrinsic woodwork, specially made out of Burma teak and Canadian cedar. In the lobby, a black and white mural celebrates the good looks and coiffed hair of yesteryear actors and a few meters beyond the mirrored snack counters is an exquisitely carved wooden door that leads you to the undulating shimmering curtain which first rose in March 21, 1949 to marvel cine-goers.     The title track of 'Bol Bachchan' has Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan rendering their vocals to the song coupled with some famous one-liners from Bachchan's films

    The title track from Rohit Shetty’s ‘Bol Bachchan’ has some of Big B’s cult dialogues has been doing the rounds for a while now. The track which features Amitabh Bachchan along with Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan is a peppy and fun song. The track which is also sung by the trio has a number of Big B’s famous one-liners which are being mouthed by none other than Bachchan Jr.  Abhishek has added his own flavour to iconic lines like “Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota” and “Daaru Peene Se Liver Kharab Hota Hai”.

    The song from Bachchan’s earlier hit sees him popping out of a life-sized egg and the same scene will be replicated for 'Bol Bachchan' title track video as well. AB has rendered his vocals for the track and the song will also feature some of his evergreen iconic dialogues from 'Amar Akbar Anthony' and other films.

    Rana Daggubati talks about his upcoming film ‘Department’ and why romantic roles are not his forte

    Growing up on a diet of ‘Rambo’ and ‘Rocky’, Rana Daggubati has always been a fan of action films. “Directors don’t cast me in Rom-coms,” he jokes when asked about his affinity to action films. ‘Department’ is Rana’s second Hindi film after ‘Dum Maaro Dum’ and he plays a young recruit in the police force who battles corruption within the force.It took him a while to decide on this role after RGV approached him since the character was to be essayed by Abhishek Bachchan but RGV was quick to reassure him that Rana would be perfect to play Shivnarayan. " I love action thrillers so I am happy to be part of the film,” he says. In a free-wheeling chat, Rana talks about juggling different industries, 'Department' and his learning curve.
