    Priyanka Chopra in 'Drona': For the film, Priyanka Chopra learned a martial art form called Gathka for a month and trainers from Punjab were called in for the training. She played Abhishek Bachchan's bodyguard (quite unbelievable!) and had to learn to use a weapon that looks like a wheel with ropes and small balls attached to it. Though the film sank without a trace, Priyanka shone through with her power packed stunts.

     The new Bollywood-cricket romance has suddenly dies a quick death. Reacting to the story published by a leading daily that Anushka Sharma is dating Suresh Raina, the actress has said that it is nothing but a figment of imagination.

    Anushka Sharma, who is currently shooting for her forthcoming film to be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj in Rajkot, has been taken completely unaware by the reports that have been doing the rounds since this morning. 

    The daily went on to claim that the two had first met in London a few months ago, when the Indian team was touring England. Since then they have kept in touch and hang out quite often. According to sources close to the star this piece of news is a clear scenario of an over active imagination and Anushka has been falsely linked to belong to the ‘good friends club’ with the cricketer.

  • Pritam in trouble for 'Pyaar ki Pungi

    Song from ‘Agent Vinod’ lands Pritam in trouble. Iranian band sends legal notice to the makers

     ‘Pyaar Ki Pungi’ from ‘Agent Vinod’ is making waves and not just across the charts. The song has landed the music director of the film in trouble after an Iranian underground music band has sent a legal notice to the makers of ‘Agent Vinod’ for copying one of their songs.

    The music of the song is very similar to ‘Soosan khanoom’ by Iranian band called Barobax. According to the band, the beats and music of the ‘Agent Vinod’ song is very similar to the Irani song.

    The legal notice served states that the band came across the promotions of the movie 'Agent Vinod' on satellite television in Iran and on listening to the song, they realised that the initial portion of the song is lifted without any change from the title song of their album. They have also demanded that the makers of ‘Agent Vinod’ refrain from using the song in the film and they will initiate proceedings to seek a restraining

  • Saif wants to make 'Agent Vinod' sequel

    The actor is already planning to make sequels to his soon-to-be released spy-flick 'Agent Vinod'

    It is quite hectic to be a producer. From a game to a graphic book to a 12-city tour, Saif Ali Khan is on an extensive marketing spree. The actor is not only producing the film but also playing the title role in the spy-thriller directed by Sriram Raghavan. Releasing March 23, it will also feature Kareena Kapoor and yesteryear villain Prem Chopra in the cast.

     Even before the film hits the theatre, the actor revealed that he wants to make sequels to the thriller. Terming it as his most ambitious project till date, Saif says that he wants to make five sequels of the film. When asked if the film matches up to Hollywood’s Bond film, the star said that film has its own distinct identity and can’t be equated to any Hollywood film or character.
