Ram Gopal Varma has been busy thanking his stars lately. The director can’t stop raving about his new find Nathalia Kaur who has done an item number in his upcoming film ‘Department’. The half Indian and half Brazilian model has impressed Ramu so much that he decided to hone her skills for his next film. Says a gushing Ramu, “I never ever hid the fact that I am a devotee of a woman’s beauty. But not only in my entire career, but ever since I have consciously come of a mental and a physical age to perceive  and admire the beauty of a woman, have I seen a woman more beautiful than Nathalia.”

The director is quite happy that the original choice of the film Sunny Leone wasn’t able to do the item song and that eventually went to Nathalia. “Her beauty is truly electrifying and it just sparks out from every nook and curve of both her face and her body. Her face looks so

  • Bollywood's top 'daku-dramas'

As 'Paan Singh Tomar' hits the theatres this week, here's a list of some famous Bollywood bandits

Over the years, the portrayal of a bandit in Bollywood films has gone through a certain transition though the premise is still remains more or less predictable- wronged  hero who  turns  into a  dacoit  and runs into Chambal to avenge oppression. The latest in the list of dacoit-dramas is Tigmanshu Dhulia's 'Paan Singh Tomar' which tells the true story of a steeplechase champion who turns into a dacoit due to circumstances. So here's a look at few of Bollywood's most loved dacoits.

Amjad Khan in 'Sholay': Shekhar Kapoor has rightly said that the history of Indian Cinema's can be rightly divided into two parts- Before Sholay and after Sholay. With its multi-starrer cast, Sholay wouldn't have been the same without Gabbar Singh. According to few old-timers, Amjad Khan was almost dropped from the film because the film's scriptwriter Javed Akhtar found his voice not 'terrifying' enough.

  • Kareena is not a 'proper' mujrewali

Pritam on why the song from 'Agent Vinod' is not a classical mujra number

Kareena’s hot number ‘Dil Mera Muft Ka’ sees her dancing to classical dance steps. But the music director of the film strongly disagrees that the song is a classical Mujra number. “There are distinct drum and bass beats which gives the song a very different identity. People need to understand that," says Pritam. For those not familiar with the word Mujra, it is a form of dance which originated from courtesans during the Mughal era.

Pritam himself is quite proud of this one and has rated it as one of the best songs in the film. 'Dil Mera Muft Ka' is in keeping with the theme of the film. Naturally i can't reveal much since it is a thriller and that's for everyone to see. The film has quite a few secrets that will be revealed and the way Kareena is shot clearly tells you that she has some hidden intentions," he says.

Want to decide for yourself how authentic is Kareena's mujra, watch the video below:
