Mom made me traditional rice pudding, but with a great twist. Instead of serving it the old fashioned way, which is basically placing it in the serving dish and putting some cinnamon and walnuts on top, she gave me a wide range of fruits to top it off with.
She let me top the pudding with whatever I wanted. I started getting creative, maybe a little too creative with the fruits and nuts. The pudding might take a long time to finish, but in the end it’s worth it for the taste. It’s the perfect dessert for summer.
