The Nissan Juke-R is probably one of the most insane automotive concoctions that any wrench turner could possibly conceive. Take the chassis and horsepower engine out of the Nissan GT-R, and affix it to the body of a Juke compact crossover. The result is a vehicle that is stranger than fiction, but to the select few who will ever drive one- fun as hell. That is, until you crash it.
According to early reports, this was allegedly a test drive by a perspective buyer. This may be one of those occasions where the term “you break it, you buy it” comes into play. Watch as this attempted burnout turns into a definite fail:
Later reports from Jalopnik though, told us that this was not one of the limited number of factory-created Juke-R’s, but rather an aftermarket Juke-R, created by a Russian company. With a sticker price of $600,000 for the real thing, the idea of a potentially less expensive Juke-R is great, but as proven in this video, it helps to be backed by a factory warranty.
