Rent a comedy film

As we all know laughter is very infectious, so why not inject your day with some comedy value? Renting your favourite comedy film can help reduce levels of stress, and it can also relax your whole body and has proven to help lighten your burdens and decrease pain. So if you’re feeling down or maybe just a bit fed up, what harm could a serving of humour do you?

Dinner date

Cave in to cravings

A common symptom widely associated with pregnancy is cravings. With some women succumbing to rather specific cravings such as honey and mustard dressing, toothpaste and even coal! Whatever you are craving, give in every so often and spoil yourself. As long as your craving doesn’t harm you or your baby, then enjoying what you desire will give you a little boost.
