A day or so ago, it had been reported by many that Bol Bachchan duo Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan would be teaming up for the remake of the Amitabh Bachchan-Shashi Kapoor starrer Do Aur Do Paanch, which would be directed by Ajay's brother Anil Devgan.
However, it seems that the reports are untrue and that Devgn is miffed with the fact that certain parties are cashing in on his name and the success of Bol Bachchan. Devgn's official spokesperson was quoted saying that neither Ajay nor Abhishek has been approached for any such remake. Furthermore, it has also been learned that though Anil Devgan is making his comeback as a director after Raju Chacha and Blackmail, the film is not a remake of Do Aur Do Paanch.
Devgn, who was last seen in Son Of Sardaar, will be next seen in the Himmatwala remake and also in Singham 2, where he will reprise his role as Bajirao Singham.
