Arjun Rampal goes gaga over his all-men saga D-DAY!

By Joginder Tuteja, Glamsham Editorial

Early screenings of select portions of D-DAY has done the trick. News has already trickling in from various quarters that with the action thriller, Nikhil Advani has entered a zone that he has never explored before and the hard-hitting affair would indeed make heads turn. With a largely all-men saga that he plans to unfold in a few months from now, one man who can't help go gaga over the film is Arjun Rampal.

More so, since he has men as diverse as Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan around him, who are known for their acting histrionics.

"Of course it adds on to the fun. When an actor goes in front of the camera, he feeds on not just his lines but there are other characters in the frame as well with whom he acts. Now when we talk about people like Rishi sir or Irrfan, these people are such good actors that they give you the right kind of energy to create certain vibe," says Arjun.

It is this coming together of a unique set of actors on a common frame which is said to be giving D-DAY an edge.

He says, "Irrfan is someone who is extremely unpredictable in a frame while Rishi sir has got tremendous passion for anything that he does. In fact he is such a delight to work with as it is simply fantastic to just observe him, both on and off the camera. You have to see him to believe it. On the sets, he would be running around the sets like a little boy and telling people that tu yeh theek kar de ya woh thoda better kar le. He always keeps you on toes. On the other hand there is Irrfan out there who now is also a National Award winner. We all know what he is capable of."

We would know more when D-DAY hits the screens on 19th July 2013.
